Everybody likes parking. If you’re a buyer on the low end of the market, it’s street parking. Sometimes condos come with a deeded space (or two) and sometimes you get a rental spot. An owner who wants to attract more buyers may cover the rental spot for one or two years.
And here today… a $4.3 million Hoboken condo with taxes over $30k a year and maintenance over $1000 per month….WITH PARKING EXTRA….$300/mo in case you were wondering.

One could argue that someone who can afford the condo can afford the extra money for parking. Except for two things 1) rich people don’t like to pay for things. 2) people don’t like to get nickel and dimed to death. It’s like flying business class and having to carry on your own lunch.
